Built on real science
The Big Five model (also called OCEAN) is the most validated personality framework in psychology. Decades of peer-reviewed research by Costa & McCrae (1992) and others have shown it reliably captures the core dimensions of human personality: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism.
